Little brunch place with delicious food. The breakfast sandwich was on a tasty brioche bun and my friend and I shared their brioche french toast. It came with baked peaches and this creamy vanilla sauce. So. Good! Maple syrup was definitely optional with the French toast because the sauce that was poured on top was enough. The coffee was really smooth and my to-go coffee even had latte foam art. Even though it was busy (20-30 minute wait for a table for 2), our waitress was attentive and efficient. This is a great spot for brunch.

All dishes seem to be made with either fresh, locally-sourced, or even homemade ingredients so you can bet anything you order will be of the highest quality. Excellent menu and amazing prices for the caliber food. I love that both breakfast and lunch is served all day long. Worth the wait for Sunday brunch!

I always enjoy my time at SAP. Their homemade vanilla syrup with the coffee is out of this world. Sometimes they give you a little cup of it to add to your free refills. The cost is a bid on the high end, but the quality of ingredients and flavor justifies the cost. Keep in mind that Sunday afternoons it is often very busy with 30 minute wait times to get in and considerable wait time to get your food. Even with the delay on Sundays it's still worth it.

Questions & Answers

Yes they can do just about anything

Yes. They have many

Sort of. You can call ahead and put your name on "the list" and they will let you know when your table will be available so you can just show up at the specified time instead of waiting

What Jonah said. Not technically a reservation, but you get to put your name in line for seating

I believe they serve a local pure maple syrup - Sippl's Sap Shack

Could not find anywhere on their website. Doing it in the store is not convenient.

No clues in their website beyond the fact that it was inspired by an idea that the owner's young son had for a restaurant he would like to go to. Send them the question via Facebook if this is not enough of an answer.
